According to a social media user named Elenda Samuel, a newborn baby was found dead and abandoned this morning in a dump site in Oyibo area of Rivers State.

Sharing the news Elenda Samuel shared a photo on Facebook and wrote;
“This is very BAD..Why do this to an innocent baby😭😭? This little baby was dumped @ oyigbo dump site this morning PH God will Judge whoever did this😭😭 Amen.”
